Most renovation stress comes from not knowing where a job is up to. Our process is deliberately boring.

    First call

    A short conversation to work out what you are actually trying to achieve and whether we are the right firm for it.

  2. 02

    In-home consultation

    We come and look properly — at the house, the existing services and what is realistically possible.

  3. 03

    Written fixed-price quote

    A detailed quote with the scope written out in plain language, plus a program showing the stages.

  4. 04

    On site

    One project manager runs the job from strip-out to fit-off, and the site gets cleaned every day.

  5. 05

    Handover

    Testing, certificates, and a walk-through so you know what was done and how to look after it.

Since 1987

Three generations, one firm, same phone number

Frank Halloran started this business in 1987. His son Peter runs it now and his grandson Danny runs the office. We have trained most of our own tradespeople, which is the only reason a firm this size can keep the standard consistent across eight vans.
