Californian bungalows and interwar brick
Hampton is largely interwar — Californian bungalows and solid brick homes from the twenties and thirties, many now on their second or third renovation. The original earthenware sewer lines and any 1980s bathroom work are the two things we most often find need attention before new work can go over them.
