Service
Kitchen & laundry plumbing
Rough-in and fit-off for kitchen and laundry renovations, including appliance connections and relocations.
Kitchens and laundries are smaller than bathrooms but often more constrained — you are usually working around a cabinetmaker's measurements with very little tolerance.
We set out the waste and water to the cabinetry drawings, connect the appliances, and come back for the fit-off once the benchtop is templated and installed. If you are moving a sink or adding a butler's pantry, we will tell you early whether the existing waste can take it.
What's included
- Sink, dishwasher and fridge water connections
- Butler's pantry and second-sink plumbing
- Laundry tub, washing machine stops and drainage
- Waste relocations to suit new cabinetry
- Gas cooktop connection by a licensed gas fitter
What drives the cost
These are the variables that make one quote different from another. Worth checking each of them against any quote you receive.
- How far the sink or appliances move from existing services
- Whether the waste can be run within the floor depth available
- Access under the house versus through a slab
